Black Eye Galaxy M6 in Coma Berenices

An Sa or Sb type spiral galaxy with a very large dust cloud in the middle. This galaxy is likely 25 million light years away with a diameter of about 48,000 light years.

Images taken with TEC-140 Telescope mounted on Losmandy G11 mount. Camera used was a Canon EOS20D used at prime focus.
