Area of nebula IC410 in Auriga
This is a very colorful area in the constellation Auriga. (In fact, the bright star on the lower right side of the image is mag 4.76 Xi Auriga.). Right at the top of this image is IC405. Below and just to the right of this is the nebula/cluster IC410/NGC1893.
In the mid-left portion of this image, you can see the open cluster M38 with open cluster NGC1907 just to the right of this. Finally, the open cluster M36 can be found at the very bottom of this image.
Images taken with a Canon 20D and a 200 mm f2.8 lens piggybacked on a TEC-140 Telescope mounted on Losmandy G11 mount.
Fifteen 3 minute exposures dark compensated, aligned and stacked, background removed and Digitaly Developed in ImagesPlus 2.75.
